Event Team Arrival & Parking (2023)

If the Co-Chairs have released you from the Event Team to "attend with your section" on the day of the event, then you should arrive with your section and parking in your section's assigned parking lot. just as any other participant.

• If you are assisting with arrival parking but attending with your section the rest of the day, please arrive at 8:15am at the Agricultural Hall to receive your materials and assignment from the Safety Coordinator.  If necessary, drop off your child with the care service in the Hall.

• Then please move your vehicle to the Day Parking area of the lot you are attending, which is likely the lot assigned to your section.   Set up wayfinding signs for your lot as directed by the Safety Coordinator.

• Be ready to direct traffic by 8:45am.  

• Parking attendance ends at 9:30am. If you are attending the rest of the event with your section, you may opt to muster with your section, and proceed toward opening with them.  Pick up your child from the Agricultural Hall, if applicable. Return your radio and other materials to the Safety Coordinator before or just after the Opening Ceremony.

8am arrival: Co-Chairs, Registrar, Safety Coordinator, Game Coordinators

8:15am arrival: all other Event Team members not attending with their section.

Park in the Agricultural Hall (Red Square) Parking lot, along the snow bank furthest from the Hall.
